Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google, Inc. (subsequently: Google). Google analytics uses so-called cookies, text files which are saved to your computer and allow for the analysis of your use of a website. The data collected by cookies regarding your use of this website will in most cases be sent and saved to a Google server in the United States. In the event that you are using an IP anonymizer while visiting this website, your IP address will be abridged in advance by Google inside of EU member states or in countries subject to the conditions of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in rare exceptions will your full IP address be sent to a Google server in the United States and abridged there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this data in order to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports about website activity, and provide additional, related services with regards to website and internet usage for the site operator. The IP address received from your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google.

The purposes of this data processing are the evaluation of use of the website and the compilation of reports about activity on the website. On the basis of using the website and the internet, additional related services are then provided. This use is based on the legitimate interests of the website operator.

You can prevent the storage of cookies through corresponding settings in your browser. We wish to inform you that in this case, you may not be able to fully utilize all functions of this website. Furthermore, you can restrict the recording of data collected by cookies and your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in at the following link: “Browser add-on for deactivating Google Analytics.”

The collection of data by Google Analytics for this website and browser will be prevented in the future, so long as the cookie remains installed on your browser.

Use of script libraries (Google Web Fonts)

In order to present our content correctly and in a graphically appealing manner in all browsers, we use script and font libraries, such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google Web Fonts are used to avoid unnecessary loading to the cache of your browser. In the event that your browser does not support or prevents a connection with Google Web Fonts, content will be shown in a standard font.

The request for script or font libraries automatically initiates a connection to the operator of the library. It is therefore theoretically possible — however currently also unclear if, and where applicable, for which purposes — the operator of the respective library collects the data.

The data privacy policy of the library operator, Google, can be found here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API in order to visually represent geographic information. When using Google Maps, data about the use of map functions by visitors is collected, processed, and used by Google. Additional information about data processed by Google can be found in the Google Data Privacy Policy. You can also change your personal privacy settings in the Privacy Center.

Detailed instructions about how to manage your personal data in connection with Google products can be found here.

Embedded YouTube videos

There are YouTube videos embedded on some of our websites. The operator of the respective plug-ins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit a page with a YouTube plug-in, a connection with YouTube’s servers will be created. This information tells YouTube which pages you visit. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can collect your personal surfing activity. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account in advance.

If a YouTube video is played, the provider uses cookies which collect information about the user’s habits.
