Right of Revocation

As a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Exclusive Residences, Südliche Münchner Str. 60, 82031 Grünwald/Munich, Tel. +49 (0) 89/45813315, Fax: +49 (0) 89/45813316, information@exclusive-residences.com, www.exclusive-residences.com by a clear statement e. g. a letter sent by mail, by fax or by e-mail about your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the attached form which however is not finally mandatory.

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about exercising your right of revocation before expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract we must refund you all payments that we have received from you promptly or within 14 days after receiving your statement about exercising your right of revocation. For the repayment we use the same method of payment you have used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case we will never charge fees for such a repayment.

Have you explicitly required our services within the period of revocation you have to compensate us with an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of services performed up to the date on which you notify us of exercising your right of cancellation equivalent to the proportion of the services provided in relation of the total amount of our services provided in the contract.

Consent of immediate processing
Me (us) as a prospective purchase or rent principal agree and expressively ask for immediately beginning of the brokerage service of Exclusive Residences, Südliche Münchner Str. 60, 82031 Grünwald/Munich, before the end of the withdrawal period. I am aware that I might lose my right of withdrawal if the contract is complete fulfilled.

The customer is aware that he ows a compensation to the agent for the requested services before the cancellation period is expired. Has the agent completely fulfilled the contract when required by the customer, he loses his right of withdrawal.
